Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Seller Central Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our Amazon operations. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Amazon’s ecosystem—including FBA logistics, PPC advertising, listing optimization, A+ content creation, account health maintenance, and international expansion. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset, capable of maximizing visibility, compliance, and profitability across our product catalog.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings end-to-end on Amazon Seller Central, including uploads, edits, and optimizations.

Collaborate with designers to create compelling A+ Content and maintain an engaging Amazon Brand Store.

Oversee FBA logistics, ensuring timely shipments, inventory forecasting, and global fulfillment coordination.

Develop and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, targeting high-converting keywords and reducing inefficient ad spend.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine pricing strategies and identify new opportunities.

Perform ongoing keyword research to enhance SEO in titles, bullet points, and descriptions.

Respond to customer queries, reviews, and disputes, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintain account health by monitoring key metrics (e.g., ODR, IPI, policy compliance) and resolving issues swiftly.

Execute and manage deals, coupons, and promotional campaigns (e.g., Lightning Deals).

Administer the Amazon Brand Registry, monitor IP violations, and protect against counterfeiting.

Analyze sales data, return rates, and ad performance to continually refine overall marketplace strategy.

Lead expansion efforts into international Amazon marketplaces, managing new launches and logistics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven expertise in Amazon Seller Central, with deep experience in listing and inventory management.

Advanced knowledge of Amazon PPC Advertising with demonstrable success in ROI optimization.

Experience creating and managing A+ content and Brand Stores using Amazon tools.

Strong competitor analysis and pricing strategy development skills.

Solid understanding of Amazon's TOS and ability to maintain policy compliance.

Experience with account health monitoring, including ODR, IPI scores, and violation management.

Familiarity with Amazon FBA logistics, shipping coordination, and inventory forecasting.

Strong analytical skills and experience using Amazon reporting dashboards (e.g., Business Reports, Advertising Console).

Experience managing international Amazon marketplaces is a plus.
