About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in the IT industry. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on HR experience, particularly within startups or fast-paced software houses. While we don’t hire technical roles like developers or engineers, our focus is on recruiting business developers, marketing professionals, virtual assistants, and other non-technical positions. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-driven, and passionate about shaping scalable people processes in a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement KPIs and OKRs for business and support teams
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions
  • Build systems to track and enhance individual and team performance
  • Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate documentation
  • Track attendance and leave records; handle salary disbursements
  • Address employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and time off
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles
  • Write and post job descriptions, screen candidates, and conduct interviews
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and orientation for new hires
  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies and handbooks
  • Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices
  • Manage employee relations and handle grievances with professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of relevant HR experience in the IT sector or a startup environment
  • Strong grip on end-to-end HR operations, from hiring to exit formalities
  • Familiarity with modern HR tools, systems, and performance frameworks
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to implement processes from scratch

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools like Zoho People, BambooHR, etc.
  • Experience supporting team scaling and change management in startups
