About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in the IT industry. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on HR experience, particularly within startups or fast-paced software houses. While we don’t hire technical roles like developers or engineers, our focus is on recruiting business developers, marketing professionals, virtual assistants, and other non-technical positions. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-driven, and passionate about shaping scalable people processes in a flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement KPIs and OKRs for business and support teams

Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions

Build systems to track and enhance individual and team performance

Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate documentation

Track attendance and leave records; handle salary disbursements

Address employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and time off

Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles

Write and post job descriptions, screen candidates, and conduct interviews

Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and orientation for new hires

Draft, update, and implement HR policies and handbooks

Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices

Manage employee relations and handle grievances with professionalism
What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years of relevant HR experience in the IT sector or a startup environment

Strong grip on end-to-end HR operations, from hiring to exit formalities

Familiarity with modern HR tools, systems, and performance frameworks

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills

Proactive mindset with the ability to implement processes from scratch
Nice to Have:

Hands-on experience with HRMS tools like Zoho People, BambooHR, etc.

Experience supporting team scaling and change management in startups
