Klaviyo Email Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our email marketing strategy across multiple eCommerce brands and international markets. Your primary focus will be on driving consistent, measurable revenue growth through strategic planning, high-performing campaigns, and advanced segmentation and automation. You must be hands-on with Klaviyo and comfortable working independently on execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute 3–4 email campaigns per week across several brands and country locations
  • Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing initiatives
  • Write compelling, sales-focused email copy that resonates with target audiences
  • Provide clear creative briefs to designers for engaging and brand-aligned email visuals
  • Set up and optimize Shopify email flows, including welcome, abandoned checkout, thank you, VIP, win-back, and more
  • A/B test subject lines, content, send times, and CTAs to boost engagement and conversion rates
  • Track and analyze performance using Klaviyo’s reporting tools; deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Continuously refine segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies to improve campaign results

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, campaign management, and reporting
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling email programs for eCommerce brands
  • Strong copywriting abilities with a focus on persuasive, results-driven messaging
  • Experience creating and executing email marketing calendars and promotional strategies
  • Proficient in A/B testing, analysis, and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with essential Shopify email flows and lifecycle marketing
  • Comfortable working with data, including performance tracking and Google Sheets reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands in various markets
  • Ability to collaborate with or use basic design tools like Canva or Figma
  • Knowledge of email deliverability, spam compliance, and industry best practices
