Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who combines strong paid media expertise, analytics, conversion optimization, and an AI-first mindset. This is a hands-on performance role. The successful candidate will be expected to manage campaigns, understand the numbers, identify conversion problems, and continuously improve marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads end-to-end.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, audiences, creatives, keywords, and campaign structures.
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns.
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve traffic-to-lead-to-customer conversion rates.
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CVR, revenue, and conversion quality.
• Develop actionable performance reports and insights.
• Work with landing pages and websites to improve conversion performance.
• Research and implement new advertising platforms, technologies, and AI tools.
Experience Requirements:
• 1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Proven Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.
• Strong analytics and tracking experience.
• Practical CRO experience.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred):
• Meta Blueprint Certified
• Completed relevant Google Ads certifications
• Google Analytics certification
• Demonstrable Google Tag Manager knowledge
Certifications are important, but demonstrable practical ability matters more.
Selection Process:
Candidates should be able to demonstrate their previous work, including campaign results, analytical thinking, optimization examples, or relevant case studies where possible.
Shortlisted candidates should be open to completing a practical test project as part of the hiring process. The test may involve:
• Analyzing an existing campaign
• Identifying performance issues
• Reviewing analytics/tracking
• Auditing a landing page
• Reviewing heat-map/session-recording data
• Developing an optimization strategy
• Proposing a campaign structure
• Explaining what they would test and why
What We Value Most:
We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to operate advertising platforms. We want someone who can think, analyze, decide, execute, test, learn, and optimize. The ideal candidate constantly asks: What does the data tell me? What should I change? What should I test next? And how can AI help me do it better and faster?
