PPC Manager

Job Overview:

We are a rapidly growing E-Commerce company with over 100,000+ customers in the UK, and we’re gearing up for our next stage of expansion. To help take our digital performance to new heights, we are looking for a results-driven and experienced PPC Manager who can lead high-budget ad campaigns, strategize at scale, and execute with precision. This is a managerial, hands-on role requiring someone who can multi-task, work closely with internal and external teams, and bring new ideas to life through innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage digital marketing efforts across Google Ads and other paid channels to drive traffic, sales, and brand visibility.
  • Support brand teams with the launch and delivery of products, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external agencies/teams to maximize partnerships and develop strategic marketing roadmaps.
  • Own the performance analysis of all digital marketing channels, focusing on ROAS, AOV, conversion rate, and drop-off minimization.
  • Stay up to date on e-commerce and digital performance trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally with designers, content creators, and developers to execute end-to-end campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day digital operations across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Drive new channel testing and continuously optimize based on data insights and KPIs.
  • Manage content and influencer marketing efforts, ensuring high-quality content for paid and organic campaigns.
  • Oversee brand-owned social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) with strategic growth plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Shopify platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage ad accounts with monthly spends of £100,000+ – be ready to show historical success.
  • Minimum 2 years in a digital marketing management role.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre, Klaviyo, and other key platforms.
  • Fluency in English (spoken & written).
  • Amazon Ads, TikTok Shop, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads.
  • Influencer collaboration and UGC-based ad content.
  • Running successful international eCommerce ad campaigns.
  • Experience working in or with creative teams to develop visuals for ads.
